It is best if you can be there, but if that is not possible you can appoint a trusted person to stand in for you. At both pickup and drop off, someone must be able to:

• Meet the driver on time
• Provide and receive the keys
• Review and sign the Bill of Lading
• Walk around the vehicle with the driver and confirm its condition

If you plan to use a friend, family member, or neighbor, just let us know their name ahead of time.
